Owner Drop off & Pick up

This refers to when owners bring their pups to overnight stays and pick them up.

• Drop off your dog anytime you like! Although the preferred time would be before 6 pm.

• Pick up: Departure time is 10:00 AM. If you pick your dog up later in the day, regular daycare fees will be applied that day. (5 hours or more is $60 for Adults, $65 for puppy)

Our transport: Pick up & Drop off

This service involves us picking up your pup from your location and dropping them off at the end of their stay.

We are happy to make your day easier by picking up your pup, and ensuring they’re ready and excited for their stay with us. At the end of their stay, we’re also happy to drop your pup back home, ensuring they’re comfortable and settled after their stay with us. Let us handle the transportation so you can focus on the rest of your day!

If you live more than 5km from Cronulla, an additional $5 fee per trip will apply for pick-up and drop-off services. Service runs all day until 6:30 PM.

What to bring:

(Please keep in mind everything listed is optional, only bring what your dog needs to feel comfortable during their stay.)

• Bed/blanket or crate (if crate-trained)

• A familiar blanket or an item with your scent to ensure your pup feels comfortable and close to home.

• Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner + their favourite treats!

• Their Favourite toy/Ball.

• Medications (if applicable) ensuring they are clearly labelled with detailed instructions for dosage and timing.

• Lead, harness & name collar

Please note we provide care exclusively at our home; we do not offer in-home services at the owner’s residence unless it is a house visit.
